25 years of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya

FGC is commemorating the 25th anniversary of its constitution as a public company of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government).

The historical perspective of these 25 years leads us to value all those factors that have played a significant role in the evolution of the FGC and that have made it possible to adapt the facilities, equipment, stations and rolling stock to the needs of customers and the new demands of public transport.

Over the years FGC has become a reference point in the railway transport sector and has positioned itself to face the new challenges of the future.
