WE HAVE PRE-BOOKED A NUMBER OF HOTEL ROOMS AT THE GALLERY HOTEL IN BARCELONA AT A FIXED RATE

A confirmation of your reservation will be sent you upon receipt of the booking form. However, your reservation can be cancelled without any charge until June 28.

The following cancellation rules will apply (submitting the form implies full acceptance of terms & conditions):

-For cancellations between June 29 and July 15, a 20% fee will apply
-For cancellations between July 16 and August 12, a 35% fee will apply
-For cancellations between August 13 and September 2, a 50% fee will apply
-For cancellations between September 3 and September 19, a 75% fee will apply
-Later cancellations and no-show will be charged in full

We assume that your contact address is the same as used in the Congress Registration Form.
