\nWhat should I do if I’ve lost an item on the train or at the station? At FGC, we have a rigorous procedure to ensure that all items found at stations or on trains are returned to their owners. When an FGC agent locates or receives an item from a third party, it is deposited at the Customer Assistance Centers.<\/p>\n

To inquire if a specific item has been found, you can call the Customer Information phone at 012 or go directly to the corresponding Customer Assistance Center (CAC) for the line where you lost it:<\/p>\n

-On the Barcelona-Vall\u00e8s line, visit the CAC at Pl. Catalunya station.
\n-On the Llobregat-Anoia line, visit the CAC at Pl. Espanya station.
\n-On the Lleida – La Pobla de Segur line, visit the station in Balaguer.<\/p>\n

You can check the opening hours, location, and request an appointment at https:\/\/www.fgc.cat\/en\/atencio-al-client\/centres-presencials\/<\/a><\/p>\n
