If you want to obtain an invoice for the purchase of tickets, you can do so in the following ways:<\/p>\n

In person at the Customer Assistance Centers at Pl. Catalunya or Pl. Espanya:<\/strong> (only valid for requesting invoices for FGC’s own tickets and integrated tickets)
\nVisit in person with the ticket(s) or pass(es). They will request the following data: name and last name or business name, address, ID number or tax ID, and the invoice details (total amount and type of ticket).<\/p>\n

By postal mail:<\/strong> (only valid for requesting invoices for FGC’s own tickets)
\nSend the letter to Comptabilitat, c\/ dels Verg\u00f3s 44, 08017 Barcelona. You must include the following data: name and last name or business name, address, ID number or tax ID, invoice details (total amount and type of ticket), the original ticket(s), and a contact phone number. You should also indicate whether you need the original tickets returned or not so that they can be sent along with the invoice.<\/p>\n

By email with certified digital signature:<\/strong> (only valid for requesting invoices for FGC’s own tickets)
\nSend the email to consultes@fgc.cat<\/a>. You must attach the following data: name and last name or business name, address, ID number or tax ID, invoice details (total amount and type of ticket), scanned ticket(s), and a contact phone and email.
