{"id":19525,"date":"2020-05-27T19:55:48","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T17:55:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.fgc.cat\/?post_type=fgc-faq&#038;p=19525"},"modified":"2023-10-02T16:00:15","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T14:00:15","slug":"what-should-i-do-if-i-have-been-charged-a-minimum-penalty-that-i-disagree-with","status":"publish","type":"fgc-faq","link":"https:\/\/www.fgc.cat\/en\/fgc-faq\/what-should-i-do-if-i-have-been-charged-a-minimum-penalty-that-i-disagree-with\/","title":{"rendered":"What should I do if I have been charged a minimum penalty that I disagree with?"},"content":{"rendered":"<table width=\"1443\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"1443\">If you disagree with the minimum fare, you can file an objection by providing the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The minimum fare number (PM) found on the ticket you received.<\/li>\n<li>Scanned documentation or documents in PDF or JPG format including:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Your ID\/NIE (both sides) or passport.<\/li>\n<li>A signed letter stating your request.<\/li>\n<li>The ticket you received.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the ticket you used, if available.<\/li>\n<li>Any other documents you consider necessary to resolve the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have several channels to file an objection to the minimum fare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through the form on the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgc.cat\/en\/atencio-al-client\/centres-presencials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centros de atenci\u00f3n al cliente &#8211; FGC<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Using the objection books for minimum fares available at any FGC station.<\/li>\n<li>At the Customer Assistance Centers located at Pl. Catalunya and Pl. Espanya stations for FGC lines. You can check the opening hours, location, and request an appointment at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgc.cat\/atencio-al-client\/centres-presencials\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.fgc.cat\/atencio-al-client\/centres-presencials\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4.
