The contractor profile is the place for publicising FGC<\/strong> procurement activities<\/strong> on the Catalan government public procurement portal, which guarantees transparent, public access<\/strong> to information about FGC tender processes, awards and procurement contracts.
\nIt also includes other procedures and documentation related to the field of procurement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=”REGULATORY FRAMEWORK” use_theme_fonts=”yes” el_class=”encabezado1″]

This area includes a description of the regulations governing Ferrocarrils de la Generallitat de Catalunya (FGC) in the procurement of works, services and supplies, as well as the FGC property procurement governed by the regulations governing property.<\/p>\n

FGC is a public law entity with Public Administration status for the purposes of the application of the Public Sector procurement Act, Law 9\/2017. Consequently, its activities in the area of procurement of works, services and supplies are subject to this law.<\/p>\n

With regard to tendering excluded from the scope of application of the Public Sector procurement Act, Law 9\/2017, and which generate revenue from the exploitation of FGC property, the entity applies Legislative Decree 1\/2002 of 24th December 2002 approving the rewritten text of the Catalan Government Property Act and applicable precepts in the Public Administrations Property Act, Law 33\/2003 of 3rd November 2003.<\/p>\n

FGC also applies other regulations applicable to the area of procurement of works, supplies and services, in particular those concerning occupational risk prevention, health and safety and coordination of works.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
