Can I request a duplicate for a lost/stolen card?

Magnetic Cards: As indicated on the cards, tickets that are damaged, lost or stolen are not eligible for exchange (including personalized ones).
These conditions are set by the Metropolitan Transport Authority (ATM), which is responsible for integrated transport tickets. You can consult the conditions on the website www.atm.cat.

T-mobilitat: In case of loss or theft of the T-mobility card, you can have it blocked by visiting the private area of your online account, or you can go to a face-to-face user service point, to ensure that no one else uses it. If you find it later, you can unlock it. If you are not able to get it back, you can request a duplicate, but you must pay the cost of the new card.
However, from the moment a duplicate has been ordered, you can no longer use the old card if it is eventually found.
Although you do have to pay the price of the card, you maintain the ticket(s) you already had loaded on it.
