The first thing you need to do is contact us by filling out the form for the premises or local you are interested in or by sending an email to [email protected]. You will need to indicate which premises or local you are interested in and what activity you would like to carry out.

Once we receive the details, we will contact you to visit the premises or local and start the whole process.

You must download the general conditions for the transfer of use of premises for business exploitation and spaces in the different FGC stations. This document contains details of all the technical and administrative documentation that you must submit.

Offers must be submitted electronically through the form on this page, with no deadline limitation for each premises or space you wish to lease, except for those already occupied, for which a submission period will be opened prior to the termination of the contract in force at that time.

The financial offer must be submitted as established in the general conditions for the transfer of use of premises. Once FGC receives a financial offer or a request for one of the available premises or spaces, this will be made public and a 15-day period will be opened to allow other interested parties to also submit their offers, thus promoting competition, as indicated in the general conditions for the transfer of use of premises. Within this period, the financial offer must be resubmitted according to the model in Annex 4 of these conditions, and the required documentation must be submitted electronically. Offers and documentation submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

The descriptive page for each premises contains information regarding utilities.

The costs of the utilities (water, electricity, etc.) generated by the operation of the premises will be borne by the successful bidder, as well as the installation of a separate meter connection, if applicable.
