FGC. About FGC. How can authorization for construction works be requested from FGC?

To carry out construction works on land located within the areas of influence of FGC railway lines (Railway Public Domain Zone and Protection Zone, according to Article 15 of Railway Act 4/2006 of March 31), prior authorization from FGC is required. This authorization is mandatory for both private individuals and public bodies or entities, and must be processed independently of any municipal licenses or other permits that may be required.
To request it, complete the form available in the “Request for Construction Work Authorizations” section and submit it to FGC (c/ Vergòs, 44 – 08017 Barcelona), together with the project and the necessary technical documentation.
