If you change municipality (and therefore zone), you must request a new T-16 ticket with the correct zone. This is a reissue of the ticket (it involves the support cost of €4.50), which can be processed through the T-mobilitat Personal Area or at an authorized customer service point. The customer service offices where you can apply for a T-16 are:
– The T-mobilitat Center: av. de la Granvia de L’Hospitalet, 16-20. By appointment.
– AMTU Office: c. Josep Umbert 92-94, Granollers. No appointment required.
– TMESA: carrer Iscle Soler, 9, Terrassa. By appointment.
– Moventis: Bus Station – Carrer de l’Estació, 67, Sabadell.
In the Personal Area you can also update the minor’s personal details before requesting the change.
