No. If you have a valid FGC pensioner card B, you can already purchase pensioner tickets in T-mobilitat cardboard format at FGC ticket vending machines. There is no need to carry out any procedure or replace your card while it remains valid.
With the first purchase, an additional €1 will be charged for the cost of the support card. This card should not be thrown away, as it is rechargeable and can be used for future purchases.
Please remember that you must always carry your pensioner card, both to make the first purchase and to identify yourself to staff if requested.
If you wish to switch to the T-mobilitat system before your current card expires, you must explicitly request the change and accept the new validity conditions and management costs of the new support card.
