How can I lodge a complaint?

 

A number of different channels are available to you to send us your complaints or suggestions:

1. The form on the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) website:

2. The complaints books available at all FGC stations and the customer service centres at Pl. Catalunya and Pl. Espanya.

3.By sending a letter to the company’s registered office:

4. The free telephone number 900 90 15 15.

5.Via the FGC Twitter Account (@FGC), sending a private message with the following data: Name and surname, document, full address, email, date of events, claim reason, detailed explanation and agreement with the treatment of personal data.
