What is the procedure to follow in order to manage a personal accident that has occurred on FGC premises?

If you have been injured on our facilities and we are informed immediately, you should look for a station agent or request assistance through the information intercoms located in the station halls and on the platforms, so that we can provide you with the Compulsory Passenger Insurance (AOV). This insurance covers medical expenses, but not material damages.
