When is a person considered to have fraudulently used the service?

To access public transport services, the user must have a suitable ticket according to the applicable conditions from time to time.A user is considered to make improper use of the service in the following cases:

a) The ticket not being validated before traveling or accessing restricted areas.
b) Not having a ticket or not being able to show it when asked.
c) Using an expired ticket, that is, when a ticket is used outside the period of validity established for the contracted rates or special rates.
d) Using a reduced-fare ticket, when the person traveling cannot accredit, with the proper card, their right to use that fare.
e) Using a personalized ticket that does not belong to you.
f) Using a ticket to travel outside of the corresponding fare zone.
g) Using a ticket that is not valid for the specific characteristics of the trip or the traveler.
