The steps to reset your password, change the associated email address, or solve login issues in the T-mobilitat Personal Area or the FGC app are:
1. Reset password: go to “Log in” and click “Forgot password”; you will receive an email to create a new one.
2. Change email/data: from “Personal Data / Mis datos” in the Personal Area, you can edit your details (including your email address).
3. Can’t log in? If you cannot log in, you may have forgotten your password or there may be an issue with your user account. For assistance, you can call 931215365, Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., or send an email to [email protected].
Through the FGC T-mobilitat app, you can also log in, purchase and reload tickets, and carry out other basic procedures.
