FGC. T-mobilitat. What should I do if I load my T-mobilitat card but it does not activate correctly or does not appear available for use?

If you have not yet started using the ticket and 24 hours have not passed since the purchase, you can request a refund from the Personal Area of the T-mobilitat website or app (https://t-mobilitat.atm.cat/web/t-mobilitat/area-personal)

If there has been a double charge or it was a machine error, you should file a claim or contact the T-mobilitat support center through the different help channels available: Telegram, free telephone number 931 215 365, customer service and information center, or web form.

If the ticket still does not appear, contact the support center through the same T-mobilitat help portal to review the wallet and synchronization.
