I have lost an item on FGC. What should I do?

At FGC we have a procedure to recover lost items.

📦 What happens when an item is found?
When an agent or another person hands in a found item, it is transferred to the Customer Service Center (CAC). Normally, it is available after 24 hours.

⏱️ When can I check?
You must wait at least 24 hours from the loss before contacting.

🔍 How can I find out if it has been found?
📞 By calling 012 (Customer Information) or going to a Customer Service Center:

📍 Barcelona-Vallès

Station: Pl. Catalunya (Pelai/Bergara access)
Hours: weekdays, from 8 am to 8 pm

📍 Llobregat-Anoia

Station: Pl. Espanya
Hours: weekdays, from 9 am to 7 pm
August: from 9 am to 2 pm

🪪 What do I need to collect it?
If it has been found, you will need to:
– Identify yourself with your ID card or equivalent
– Describe the item or provide proof that proves ownership
