How does CityPaq work?
When the package is delivered to the terminal:
1. You will receive an email informing you that the package is available, including the collection deadline (3 days) and an access code to open the locker.
2. You will need to enter or scan the code received.
3. The locker door will open automatically so you can collect the package.
Do I need any document to collect the package?
No. You only need the code you receive by email.
What should I do if I have questions or issues?
